I was contacted by one of the administrators for Grifballhub, the site where all my logos go to, and he wants me to create graphics for awards for one of the leagues (with pay!). I told him I felt guilty to receive pay for something I've been doing for free for so long, so we came to an agreement that I'll accept payment if making the graphics gets in the way of my college classwork. I'm receiving more details on the content of the awards tonight. Once I start making some I'll be posting them here!

I'm alive! I haven't posted anything in years or months probably, but that doesn't mean I've neglected my art. Lately I've gotten into the pro gaming sport of Grifball in Halo 4 and have been making new logos for the teams which is all located on GrifballHub. Aside from that, I'm getting ready to graduate high school and move on to my first choice for college.

Yup. That's right. My art may be published.

I've been really good friends with a girl () from my school, and she just slept over last night actually. Her mother came in today to pick her up, but of course our moms talked.
And apparently, her mom writes childrens' books. She's written a few already, but she is not yet published because she is looking for an illustrator. I don't think she's willing to pay, but
my mom started talking to her about my artistic skillz and her mom seemed interested. So, it's still very vague, but I later told my friend to tell her mom I was definitely interested
in illustrating some of her books.

I don't really care if I get paid or not (considering I already have 2 part-time jobs), but once the books are published my name will be at least out there. Am I the best person for the job? Probably not. But most people these days
aren't willing to take the opportunity without money, which I am.

So yes!

On the other hand, I also get to help decorate her classroom because she teaches like kindergartners or something. She wants me to make a tree design for the wall and maybe paint a mural or something.
